Brief Background

Danny Mose Modiba is a visual artist / graphic artist who reside in the hot Northern region of Limpopo, South Africa. First born in a family of three; Raised by single mother he graduated from high school in 2007, attended a private college for a year to attain his graphic design diploma. He excels in Pen and Pencil mediums and Computer Graphics. He is a conceptual artist who finds inspiration in almost everything. Self taught illustrator and a spiritual person. He freelanced for private companies, publishing agencies and private clients. In 2010 He was mentored at the Limpopo Arts and Culture Association where he managed to have his first exhibition at Soweto’s Roots Restaurant and Gallery; worked at a couple of companies for five years till he went back to freelancing. He is co-founder of two big art movements in Limpopo – Polokwane, namely, Mega Artists Media (Publications and Communications organisation) and Slam Emporium Polokwane(Spoken word Movement). Exhibited at the Mthubi Art Hub in 2017 and Art Lovers Gallery in 2018 all of which based in Pretoria.
